For this month’s theme, we looked for wines to pair with one of our favorite meals of the year: Thanksgiving dinner. Our four bottles, two from outside the United States, promise to enhance the annual experience of turkey, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, corn bread, and other traditional goodies. Also, try the Reilly’s Sparkling Mad from August as well - a little fizz to make things interesting.
comes from Northern California is a safe bet that can be found at most big wine stores.
This fruity and spicy pinot noir had a great finish and was very versatile with our Thanksigivng dishes, including the corn, mashed potatoes, and turkey.

The Perlat is a smooth and warm wine that has a rich fruity taste with vanilla and berry aromas. We liked this deep purplish wine best with our sweet desserts and honey roasted turkey.
