Weâ€™re talking paellas, grilled octopus in olive oil, steamed razor clams with lemon juice, a bucket of mussels in tomato sauce, and more.  So when it came time to think of wine pairings, it was a no-brainer â€“ Spainâ€™s own AlbariÃ±o grapes from the Rias Baixas region (northwest by the Atlantic Ocean). AlbariÃ±o wines are fruity (many have a citrusy tang) and delightfully crisp â€“ exactly what you need to make your fresh seafood meal complete.</p>
